Víctor Fernández is the most awarded Spanish windsurfer in history, with two Wave World Titles and countless podium finishes on the world tour. Renowned for his explosive style, double forward loops and progressive aerial maneuvers, he has become a global reference within the windsurfing community. His career, deeply influenced by his father, reflects a lifelong commitment to the sport and to pushing its technical and expressive boundaries.
When the decision was made to create a center that would carry his name, Víctor approached me to collaborate on the design of a personal mark, conceived as the foundation for the visual identity of the Víctor Fernández Center. The objective was to develop a graphic system that could represent both the athlete’s personal legacy and the educational, performance-driven spirit of the center.
The resulting identity was designed to be strong, recognizable and versatile, capable of extending across signage, equipment, apparel and communication materials. Rooted in movement, energy and precision, the visual language reflects Víctor’s style on the water while supporting the long-term development and visibility of the center as a reference point for windsurfing in southern Europe.
