Sagely develops technology tools that help care professionals gain a deeper understanding of who their residents are, enabling more meaningful engagement throughout their journey toward well-being.
In 2018, Sagely commissioned me to clarify, simplify and distill their message across multiple touchpoints. The scope of work included branding and identity refinement, print design, as well as the design and development of a new website. As the product and vision had matured, the primary challenge was to articulate the value of the platform in a way that was clear, human and immediately understandable for care professionals.
Working in close collaboration with Laurent Guillemin, we restructured the communication around a straightforward three-step narrative, designed to clearly explain Sagely’s offering, its purpose and its impact. This approach informed both the visual language and the digital experience, ensuring consistency between brand expression, content hierarchy and usability.
The resulting system provided Sagely with a coherent and accessible communication framework, aligning branding, print and digital presence with the company’s mission: supporting care teams through technology that fosters understanding, empathy and well-being.
