My Daily Dosha is a wellness brand rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient holistic system that understands health as a dynamic balance between body, mind and environment.

According to Ayurvedic philosophy, everything in nature is composed of five elements — air, water, fire, earth and space. These elements combine within each individual to form three metabolic and energetic profiles, known as doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The unique balance of these doshas accounts for many of our physical, emotional and behavioral differences, and maintaining their equilibrium is considered essential to long-term health and well-being.

My Daily Dosha was created to make this ancient knowledge accessible, practical and relevant to everyday life. The brand provides tools and guidance to help individuals understand their constitution and support daily dosha balance, while also offering a curated range of Ayurvedic products designed to complement daily routines and promote holistic wellness.

Within this context, I contributed through brand and visual identity development, establishing a clear, cohesive and contemporary visual language aligned with Ayurvedic principles. My work also included the design of product labels and packaging, translating complex concepts into a structured, legible and calming system that supports both education and shelf presence.

The resulting identity system positions My Daily Dosha at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern wellness, providing a consistent and scalable framework across branding and products, while remaining true to the values of balance, clarity and intention at the heart of Ayurveda.
